Wanna have a ride? That's here...!

Welcome on this blog. I have been flying for the last 24 years and it is time to share my passion with you, showing two different types of private flying in Europe. Do you figure out flying warbirds or jet fighter?
I often fly the Yak 18 in formation with other planes. aviationphotographers make our flights unforgettable.

If you wish to know our calendar events for the seasons and maybe join us, just email us. The flying on the L-39 Albatros is available all year round.

All those flights are under Visual Flight Rules and then depend on Mother Nature.

Yak 18

If you have ever dreamt of flying warbird aircraft, you may have a chance to fly on the rear seat when operational circonstances require an additional crew. We participate to some Airshows or private Fly-ins usually over a week-end in Europe. The base of operation is in Lille (LFQQ), north of France, which is 1 hour by train from CDG airport. Positioning can be short like 30 minutes or long like 5h00 with 1 ou 2 stopovers. This flying is in formation with our 2 Yak. You will live the Max Team made of the 2 unique Yak 18 in flying condition in Europe. You will be able to approach other warbirds like Mustang P-51, Hurricane, Spitfire, Focke Wulf FW 190, etc. and most probably have a chance to take a seat in one of those..

L-39 Albatros

For those who want to fly a jet fighter trainer at 700 Km/h, it is possible now in Paris.
You will fly the L-39 Albatros .
This is a French Flying association who makes this flying possible in Paris. It is much more costly than the Yak 18 but it's worth a try in a life time! You will have to sign for a membership which will allow you to fly for 30-35 minutes. The pilots are airline or military pilots (among which the Leader of the "Patrouille de France" 2005).
The base of operation is within easy reach from CDG airport.
Because you be will exposed to high G load (maxi +8/-4), a medical certificate is required.

If you wish to have a monthly update about the coming airshows or fly-in, if you have any questions regarding travel, positioning, accommodations, cost and membership, feel free to email me your contact details at: yak18.max3@gmail.com
